My father says you can grow fuschia's anywhere as long as they are well watered and fed in their pots or in your climate they can be in the flower beds but they need still need to be watered and fed, tomorite yes a tomatoe feed is brillant for them. They are also very easy to take cuttings from too. Just pinch a growing tip about 2.5cm long and pop it into water untill the roots start to shoot.
