when can i plant out shop bought surfinias

hi all,i have just bought some surfinia trailing plants for my hanging baskets and they are very well developed,some flowering.i live in south wales and want to know when i can safely plant out.thanks paul

You should be safe now. Just be aware that if we do get a very very late frost or snow it wont help.
Frost and snow? I'm sat here in my shorts and t shirt.
