My local Tesco were doing toms, chillis and peppers etc...3 pack for £1.75 or 2 packs for £3. Their bedding is 20 plants for £3 but they're still selling busy lizzies !!!!!!!

My local Tesco is poor at looking after plants. I bought 2 of their £3 trays of Pansies for 90p each and the £10 Buxus balls for £3. I left them all overnight in the rain and looked perfect be morning!
3 bedding trays for £3 is a good deal, where-ever it is.

I work at Tesco the best time to buy plants is early morning when they have just been put out in store the problem is the dry heat and lack of water. They have got some good deals on bedding plants and will be on sale for a few weeks so I am waiting another 2/3 weeks and getting mine.

Ours has a porch at the front, the plants are on those huge metal shelf trollys.....I expect it depends if the manager is a gardener.....

I called in Aldi and felt so sorry for the dead and dying bedding plants, does annoy me that noone bothers to water them, they just try to sell them cheap.....
