Hi guys, just got myself two ornamental house cacti at the garden centre, one problem, when do you actually water them? The instructions are very vague 'rarely' which could be weeks or months. One is a basic, couple of stem things, green cactus with yellow spikes, the other is flat green with i suspect a grafted head of some kind. thanks!:) (I ended up buying a phalaenopsis in the end btw, i just like them too much)

Water them and let them drain. Then water again in say two or three weeks.
Come October stop all together until the end of March.

We do this and they tend to thrive. We have them on a really sunny window sill.

How do I say thanks?
