Hi Bamboo,Its outdoors but its been in an unheated greenhouse wrapped in fleece over the winter months.

Too cold for it outside currently, I'd say, specially if its been wrapped and sheltered all 'winter' - I'd describe the last few weeks as equivalent to the 'winter' we just had, excluding February. We had frost here in London last night. Plus, was it like that already, when you removed the fleece? Because its best to not use fleece unless the weather is particularly cold, and to remove it during milder spells.

It was perfect when I put it in the greenhouse but after a few weeks it started changing to this light colour. Its half way down nearly all the fronds.I only put it in there after losing one left outside last winter and on the advise of the garden centre.

Is the light colour from the top down on the fronds, or from the bottom up?

From the top down.

Good, that means its a reaction to cold and insufficient sunlight problems and not a serious issue with the roots. Should recover when the weather does, in the meantime, keep it somewhere warmer at nights, maybe leave out during the day and bring into greenhouse at night.
