We cut several large branches off our willow, the severed branches have now started to sprout new growth. If we cut the branches into smaller pieces and plant them will they regrow into new trees, if so are they fairly quick growing

If you have cut large branches from your willow, you can bend them round into a circle. Dig a hole the ring size and plant at about 6 inches deep, these should be planted where you want them to grow.

planting thin willow whips or wands is a reconised way of growing a living hedge etc. How long they take to become trees depends on soil, site, etc and even the variety of willow.
