i have been growing some seeds in a tray and they have come through. they are black sunflowers. do i now need to put them in pots or leave them in the tray for a while longer. they have only been growing for about a week

A really good photo, Nstressful.
On 2nd April I planted seeds of onions, sprouts, chillies, peas and beans and they are nowhere near the size of yours. In fact, only my sprouts are close.
I also, planted sweat peas and after 4 days they were well away and have out growing all of the others.
It might be that I'm in the NE though, and its pouring down here today

I'd leave them a little bit longer before potting on. Wait until they have two full leaves rather than just the diacots.
