Question for those members with a Garrya eliptica "James Roof" .I know this a large shrub but is it possible to keep it to one fence panel and keep it in close by hard pruning ?Many Thanks

Yes - there's one round the corner from me against a wall 6 x 6, kept pruned back, been there 12 years that I know about, and its fine.
