my oleanders did not flower last year, should I have cut the buds off that did not flower. Will they flower this year if I leave the old buds on them

Not surprised they didn't flower, given the summer we had. They do like the sun! Don't imagine the old buds will open now, though. Could be wrong, of course.

If they formed late last summer, and they are still tiny--and, of course, not dry--they still may bloom. There's no harm in leaving them on the plant, either.

How do I say thanks?
