Glad to hear your fucshias are doing well, Scotkat! I found one had overwintered in a pot I hadn't emptied - just two tiny shoots so I shall keep an eye on it and keep my fingers crossed. But one I bought half-price at the end of the season last year has overwintered beautifully under cover, so I am really pleased with it!

That's good,Scotkat..all mine are fine too...the hardy ones were slower to appear this year, and are just about getting going now...all cuttings overwintered ok too, plus the tender ones I potted up....just need to get them out again now...will look forward to seeing pics of your new ones :o)

Great news Mel and Bloomer its just so pleasing when our fuchsias reward us over the winter.

I even thought I had lost Genii but she is now showing signs of growth.

I will make a blog of my fuchsias later.

Snap! I lost Genii this winter - never lost one before. And I too found Heidi Anne after wanting her for ages - tracked her down in Wliko's looking a bit despondent, but happily she's cheered up now! Its always a joy when we finally see those green shoots isn't it- every year I think they aren't going to make it!
