yours looks healthier than mine Val,mines been in a pot a few years I was wondering if it needs to go in the garden, lots of brown leaves this year doesn't look happy.

Thanks Puddleduck, the fence is Seagrass and I love painting it, the tea light holder and the obelisk were both presents.
Poppylinda I usually tip it out every year, cut or saw off the bottom roots and repot in new compost but it is too big for me to handle now and I don't have enough garden space to plant, so I am hoping for the best this year. You never know yours might have a revival.

Thats my problem Val,I love pots so I can have them where I want to,but they are difficult to get out when they need repotting,Mines looking abit better than it did a few weeks ago,so I havn't given up on it.

It depends on how clipped you want it to be. I think you can clip bits off at any time of the year. As for the right tie to prune it I dont know. Sorry
