Senecio 'sunshine', now Brachyglottis, as Derekm says... a very useful shrub in the garden.

Hi Cammomile, looks to me like Senecio greyi, {at least it used to be}, I think "they" have changed the name to Brachyglottis greyi, very easy to root, Derek.
