I would like to know if I plant oleander in large containers on my rooftop patio do they have to be brought in during winter?

You shouldn't have to bring them in during the winter. Where I used to live in the centre of Spain they grew outside with no attention whatsoever - & we had temps much, much lower than we experience in England. The only thing would be to try to keep them pretty dry, I don't think they would be happy sitting in cold, soggy containers all winter!

I've had my oleander growing in a large pot in my courtyard for years with no problems whatsoever. Last winter I moved the pot but as it was less sheltered I bought a fleece cover for it just to be on the safe side. Even after all the snow it's still in great shape.

How do I say thanks?
