i Have a jasmine polyanthum in a large pot outside my front door in direct sun , i water it every evening ,but the blooms are all dropping & wondered if the soil is right , could you help please

My experience is that they only have a very short blooming period, anyway, so it might be normal flower drop at the end of early spring.

I am not sure what you mean? " is the soil right" .
What type of soil is it in, and what size is the plant?
Plus- what size of pot is it in?
( a picture would help)
I would have thought it didn't need watering "daily" shrubs, being woody, don't normally need this type of treatment.
I am getting the impression that it is being"over watered"
