Is bupleurum falcatum just for one season?

Sorry, I am not English nor a gardener. Just interested in how to cultivate this plant. Cannot find lots of info on internet besides medical ones. What I mean is does this plant survive the winter or will it just die in one year? Thanks.

it is a fennel or dill fennel is perrenial and dill annual but they both self seed everwhere
