Hi Akh, They are very easy to grow. They will persist in your garden for many years and will spread too, making quite considerable very low ground cover. Fully hardy. A very insignificant plant when not in flower. When it is in flower, the flowers are very hard to miss, and make little visual impact in the garden. They are really just a close up curiosity.
Best wishes, JONATHAN.

Hi Akh, Whoops! I meant ... "the flowers are very EASY to miss". It may be called a Mouse Plant because when you pull the 'tails' and they snap, they go "Squeakk!!" Like a daintly little Mandrake. Go outside and give it a go. (But don't blame me if it doesn't work). Kind regards, JONATHAN H.

Thanks for the plant name, Ive often wondered what it was. Its certainly a useful plant for a shady spot and seems virtually indestructable.

I havent pulled the tails though, it seems a bit mean, I might put a little cheese out though!
