MY ELSANTA STRAWBERRIES HAVE STARTED PRODUCING FRUIT IS IT OK TO CUT OUT THE STALKS WITH LEAVES ON TO IMPROVE THE FRUIT

Cutting off the leaves will leave the berries in full view of the birds - nuff said!
Removing one or two won't hurt but the plant does need its leaves to photosynthesise and I don't think removing them would make any difference to the fruit and removing a lot would weaken the plant.
