What are these plants - 3rd post

We were given some pots with shoots already in them, but I have no idea what the plants are. I've taken some photos, can anyone help me identify them? I can only add one photo to each post so I'll have to make several posts with a diffrent photo I think. Thanks in advance.

What kind of plant are stocks? Do they flower? What should I be doing to look after them?

They may be ten week stocks, prick them out into a seed tray, (you will need two) in John Innes no. 2. Then plant out when big enough into your flower border in groups of five.

The pot's diameter is about 10". Some seeds I found on the soil in the pot look like cornflower seeds.
