Whilst out walking the dog, I saw an unusual shrub in someone's front garden. The flowers werejust like Lupins and the leaves were like small lupin leaves but the whole thing was definately a shrub. Is there a 'Tree Lupin' ? I cannot find it in any of my books, help please. Thanks.

There is not only the usual yellow one, (oh yuk) there is also the version I have which is a descendant of the plummy blue seeds that I bought from Mr. F. If you would like some seeds please let me know and I can send you some, but I have recently moved my plant, it was a self set growing in the tree onion bath. so it may not flower this year.

Yes, there's a Tree Lupin. They are very pretty plants and grow quite large - but slugs just love them!
