THANKS FOR THAT BUT NO THEY ARE NOT BEING EATEN BUT THE FLOWERS ARE TURNING BROWN BEFORE DYING.

In my experience, they are fairly subject to botrytis in very wet weather--the buds just start to open on the end, and then turn brown and mushy, with a gray fuzzy mold.

Are they just dying or bring eaten? Slugs are very partial to marigolds which is one of the reasons I don't bother with them any more x
