Thanks MG. It's in a residential homes garden close to me. Was evidently first planted 2 years ago in a plastic bag and this is the first show. Thanks again.

Don't plant it too close to the house - it's pollinated by flies and smells like rotting meat

But only for the few hours until the flies have done their work. I stopped a group near one, once, to talk about another plant and almost corpsed watching them look suspiciously at the person next to them.
