Gosh Amy... hard question! Some of them look more like berries than seeds but it is difficult to tell. Given the Australia has a huge flora which does not grow here they could be anything. Just be careful that none of them are on the list of prohibited plants to be imported to the country... think what Japanese Knotweed and Giant Hogweed have done to the landscape.

Very hard to tell Amy. I do think that the ones at the bottom of the photo - the long flat ones - are the seeds of the poinciana tree Delonix regia.

Mookins if you bring seeds and plant matter into the country you are supposed to declare and have them checked... most people don't because they do not realise the problems they could be causing in the future.

Steve the plumber has told me that the seeds are about 10 yrs old , so are probably to old to grow anyway ..

He also told me that some of them are from New Zealand and Bermuda
.
I wouldn,t want to grow anything nasty in Norfok Mookins ... ...

Top right of photo walnut sized seed looks like a Black walnut (Endiandra globoda) from the family Lauraceae.
Classified as RARE it is an allopatric speciation (isolated, separated) and has a maximum height of 25 metres.

Next to them clockwise appears to be some type of eucalyptus. Snap off the hard star on the bottom of the seedcase and out will pour dust, this dust are the seeds. They probably will germinate.

The long flat ones do appear to be poinciana tree Delonix regia.
The rest... I've no idea.
