I grew pak choy from seed, but didn't know when it was ready to harvest. I left it too late and it bolted, is it still edible?

apparantly pak cho is prone to bolting, but you can repeat sow a few seeds every 2 weeks right up to end of august. The seeds only take a few days to germinate and take about 2 months to reach harvest height. If you go to www.rhs.org.uk/growyourown/key_oriental.asp there is lots of advice.Hope this helps and welcome to GoY

I think it'll be OK but it might taste stronger and less pleasant. Try out a small bit and see what you think.
