Tomato Leaves Curling

Can anyone answer this please. I have noticed that one of my Tom plants leaves are curling and turning blotchy yellow, with some scaly stuff on the underside of the leaves. What is wrong ?.

Blight i think. not good, the stems go black and plants die. Avoid splashing leaves as the spores can infect other tom plants. NOt sure but i think blight. rain spreads the spores too. normal action is to burn infected plants. DONT compost them!!!
