How do i secure/fix/stabilise an Obelisk?

I would like to have an Obelisk inplace of a shrub in my back garden, this garden can get quite windswept as there isn't much shelter from other properties there, south westerly winds can be fierce at times.
How do you secure it?
I'd like one that is about 4-5' high and without a steady 'fixing' the whole lot would be long gone.
To one side is a 3' dry stone wall and there's also a railway sleeper to the side, where the base of the Obelisk would go.

Ah, thanks for that Mookins.
I don't suppose these would be on sale in the same places as the Obelisks would they ?? !!
I'd probably have to go to a hardware shop.

« the thing is long and black with a brown rim on body i found it in my garden
Im not sure but I think the metal ones come with hooks like tent pegs, if not then tent pegs are great, i use these for my tall and 3 tier (With some twine/string) planters as we are also quite open
