We have a plant growing in our greenhouse that wasnt there last year. We have cleared out alot of ground growth which may have restricted its growth last year ? It has a lot of leaves, slim, long and pointy and multiple stems with narrow onion shaped 'buds' What is it ? We live in 'sunny' England !

That is very interesting. Thank you so much. I will look for a picture of it in full bloom.

This is Star of Bethlehem (Ornithogalum umbellatum). It is a bulbus plant with a pretty white flower but it spreads everywhere. It got into your greenhouse as a single small bulb in some compost last year. We have been digging clumps of bulbs out of our garden for years - and still not beaten it!
