I live in South West Scotland and I have a Persian Shield with leaf damage. I've attached photos to help. The leaves look as though they are being eaten. Can anyone help me.

Most likely to be cold damage - this plant is tender here, so as we're having a summer that's much more like autumn, that may explain the problem you're having.
