grape vines

we have just bought a grape vine to put in our greenhouse its an indoor variety (BLACK HAMBURGH 3L indoor dessert) are we correct in planting the roots outside as advised by a friend ?

Answers
Yes the roots of your vine grown outside will have a far better root run. Your main aim should be to have 2 or 3 main rods coming off one set of roots. In the dormant time it is better to control the growing conditions.

Previous question
i have this and its roots are in the greenhouse but i suspect now they will be outside. as long as kept moist it makes no difference really.
