Is anyone growing Asclepias Incarnata?
I acquired (don't ask!) some seeds last year of "Ice Ballet" and a friend & I have successfully grown a couple of plants. Mine are about 1ft high and healthy, in the garden. I've bought one of the A.I. pink variety which arrived yesterday & intend keeping in pot until the Spring as it was bare-rooted and quite small.

Pimpernel, I saw about the Monarch Butterfly loving them so it will be great if all the bugs and butterflies visit. Every day I check to see if they've put on any more growth. Read also that the I B is slightly more tender than the pink so will cover both with fleece this winter. Will let you have some seeds if/when they flower, if you wish.
Have just read your blogs. Did you take cuttings of the roses? I personally prefr the last one. Could you not dig them out? Seems dreadful that they will disappear. I was cutting back Rambler Mulliganii (banana scented) & stuck a few cuttings in a small box of compost. Its been beautiful this year and the scent really strong. I have it growing over a large Mahonia Charity.

Not growing any, but all the milkweeds are fantastic for bugs and butterflies. Ice ballet is a little beauty, I'm quite jealous.
