Why has my container grown plum tree (2 years old) started dropping its leaves after turning yellow. I have fed and kept it watered in the hot weather.I have also sprayed with bug & disease killer.

I have had lots of people with plants that are dying, due to the cold snap we had earlier in the year. Container grown plants can be at more of a risk than most. the compost may have frozen soild or been over watered, resulting in posible root damage.
take care with watering and fingers crossed it may pull round.
