Wallflower normally begin flowering in Spring not Winter. Winter pansies will flower throughout the cold season.

They are usually, planted in their final position from July to end of August [according to a variety of instructions I have found]. Plant them out if they are ready. I've never grown wall flowers but I love them. Good luck.

I find that they usually flower after the bulbs have finished.
