Can I grow stipa tenuissima successfully from seed, and if so, where is the best place to source it from?

Actually, you can probably sow it anytime, Derek. We have this grass in the garden and it self-seeds itself readily. The point being, it hasn't yet ripened its seedand won't for a few weeks yet.

You can sow the seed of this up to july, so you would have to hurry, {I don,t think a few days will make all that much difference} just type stipa tenuissima seed into google for suppliers, and follow the instructions on the packet. Derek.
