What type of Grass plant?

I've recently moved and, unfortunately, left a Grass plant in my former garden. There was nothing fancy about the plant, just an upright, grass but...towards the end of it's first summer a long shoot appeared with beautiful, pink, bell-like flowers on the end. I'd love to buy it again but have had no luck when looking for it. Can anyone help at all? (It's the grass that's growing between the plants in pots.)

It could be schizostylis coccinea. These flower late summer. I have red and pink, they form a clump send up a long shoot with about 3-5 flowers on it.

I think it may be a Dierama, also known as Angels Fishing Rod.

Many thanks for answering. Two out of three thought it was a Dierama, and I think I'm inclined to go with that. Many thanks again.

Dierama most definately - I have several :-) I grew them from seed supplied to me via a friend of a friend after yonks of trying to source plants. For some reason you never see them in garden centers. It might be because they are slow to establish and don't usually flower in pots, and therefore don't look very attractive on the shelf at the garden centre! You will need to shop around for these - try plant fairs and large carboot sales. Maybe E-bay? As I say, I found them hard to come by. Also, bare in mind that they take a while to become established - don't expect flowers for a couple of years after planting. Worth the wait tho - they are beauties!
