I have taken 20 rose cuttings that I have taken from my white rose bush ,I dipped the cutting in rooting gel and rooting hormone powder .the cuttings have foliage sprouting from them but no roots seem to be growing ! Why ? Can you please help me !

If you have taken the cuttings this year they wont have rooted yet, you need to leave them for at least 6 months, then when you see new growth next spring you can check the rootball, and if they,re well rooted plant them out in their flowering position. Derek.
