virginia creeper---bought this earlier this year---started off quite well then the leaves have been disappearing---went to dig it up as i thought i had planted it in the wrong place and the roots are all sodden--there is a tiny white root so i have cut off the stems and the rotten roots and put it in a pot---is there any point or should i throw it in the green waste recycle bin
