Actually its another £4.95 P&P on top of the price Heidib.
That GWM offer was for 42 plants back in May Kildermorie and delivered in July, as I was late ordering. They have come on very well, they were tiny but are now 5-6" bushy and are being planted out this month. The daily Mail one is from the same suppliers and sounds a good offer too.

Sounds a bargain but just remember the work involved in growing on micro-propagated plug plants.
