i've pulled up patio slabs in my garden to lay lawn and the base is solid concrete can i still do it with top soil 1st then turf!

my garden is 7.7m long and 5.5m wide i am a childminder and needed to change my garden which was all patio slabs to a softer surface preferably lawn i have started to remove the slabs which were 6" thick and there is a solid concrete base underneath can i put top soil over it and then still lay turf... please help!!!!

No, definitely not, the grass will just die or go boggy and muddy. It's either drill up the concrete or use astroturf . Sorry, I know this isn't what you wanted to hear
