i have had my palm for about 14 years but the middle leaves seem to be dying can you help.

i have it in a big pot and it the leaves started going about 2 months ago.

If this is the palm, Phoenix palms arent all that hardy and the new leaf growing tip may of been damaged by the cold especially as we had nearly to weeks of settled snow which sitting in the grown of this palm wuld do it much good. If it lives on, then protect it over winter with fleece and keep the rain/snow off the crown.
