pruning flame flower?

By Lol93

I have a very rampant flame flower growing up my leylandii hedge, but infuriatingly, it has decided to produce all its flowers on my neighbour's side of the hedge. Can I prune it and try to train it to grow on my side more?

On plant Tropaeolum speciosum

I always try to 'guide' it in the direction i want it to go....but you need to do this at the beginning of its growing period.....early spring...I have never pruned mine......lucky neighbour...:>)
