is my cordyline dying?

i have an ordinary green cordyline it is many years old and about 20/25 feet tall split into four branches each of which are in flower. this year its leaves are turning yellow and dying very quickly soon there will be none left i am desperate to save it

Could it be drought? Not sure where you live, but in London we've not had enough rain. Otherwise, it might just be coming to the end of its time - you could give it a high nitrogen feed, like Growmore or phostrogen - the latter would work quicker because you can dissolve it in water.
