I usually grow quite a few different herbs and a couple of weeks ago I harvested quite a few and dried them.
Yesterday, I blitzed them all up to make them quite fine for sprinkling on meat etc and filled some little jars with their very own little label I produced on the computer.
They look quite nice sitting on the side – when my friends pop in I will give them a jar.
If I have a glut of tomatoes I shall make some green/red tomato chutney and if I have quite a few chillies I shall make some sweet chile jelly. My chilies in the greenhouse have only just started to flower but I am sure they will have some lovely chillies on them.

It's nice to grow herbs isn't it. I like to smell them as I go about the garden.

Its ok you have spelled it correctly...I am growing chillies for the first time this year...fruit has forme, but not ripened yet.
