We bought this house last year and moved in just before christmas and just love living here. The garden is really over grown but has some great plants in it.We have 2.8 acres facing south east looking over the Noosa Valley.
In the distance we see the ocean.
We are lucky as most of the houses in this area have only a small area around their house as the escarpment is very steep but our land is terraced as it was an old banana farm many years ago. We have an existing orchard with mangoes, lichees, plum, mandarin, lemon,custard apple and fig trees. We also have a spring fed dam on the third terrace which is about 2m deep. I have discovered it has red claw in it!
