Well my friends from across the blog Hurricane Sandy is going to blast the Jersey Shore. Govenor Christie has called a state of emergency. Mandatory evacuation from Sandy Hook to Cape May. Tital surge 6-8 feet along low lying areas. Expecting power outages. This one is massive and makes Hurricane Irene 2011 a baby. Our Govenor assures us we are much better prepared. We have a generator, lots of food and adult beverages.
I’m waiting to hear from my sister Veronica if she will be evacuted from Highlands,NJ. Just a waiting game now.
High anxiety to say the least.

What an anxious time for you,and everyone in it's path,Regina..I have just watched the news reports on TV tonight..just awful..All my thoughts are with you and your loved ones,that you come through it safely..I can't even begin to imagine what it must be like for everyone..take care,and please let us know how you are ..
