difficult slope!

Wednesday the 21april and it feels like the middle of summer. Once again I got out of a days work in the kitchen to play in the garden.
Did a deal with the handyman. I would paint the newly made planters, all seven! If he would get the circular saw out and cut the fence panels to size and sort out the posts. Think he got the better deal. painting 7 × 3 foot planters took all morning and gave me blisters………..
The fence panels we eventually installed at the top of an 7 foot bank. The idea was to raise the top so it could be planted and seen from the patio at the top.
My work place is a wedding venue so the idea is to make it really pretty. So far I’ve only succeeded in getting me pain in the bum when I sit!
One ton of top soil arrived tomorrow to back fill the fence, then the fun will start.
Will I put the sweet peas to grow up the fence or aquilegia on mass. would love to plant some silver curry plants but don’t think the smell would be approperate!
Think I’ll take some photo’s tomorrow. Then by the end of the year I can look back and say the hard work was worth it…………….
