Glossy, mid-green leaves turning orange and yellow in autumn and vertically striped green-and-white bark. This stunning snake-bark maple makes an excellent specimen tree for a medium-sized garden. No routine pruning is required, just remove any dead, damaged or crossing branches in late autumn or winter when they are fully dormant.
