Delicious late cropping Canadian variety with large deep red to black fruits, sweet and full of juice. The first self-fertile sweet cherry.Pollination: This cherry is self-fertile (flowering group 4) but may be planted with any other of our cherry varieties (in flowering groups 3, 4 or 5) to ensure best pollination. Instances of poor pollination are nearly always caused by bad weather at blossom time, limiting the activity of insects.Planting distance: 5m (16ft) Approximate height 4m (13ft) after 5 years.
