The Al-Ko Micro Dynamic has a kidney-shaped hopper-opening so you?ll find it easy to feed-in awkwardly-shaped branches. A pair of large clearing paddles pushes material through the shredder-mechanism so as to prevent the clogging that can cause long interruptions to your work; while a rubber safety-device ensures debris can?t be flung-out via the hopper-aperture. Capable of taking branches up to 40cm in diameter the Al-Ko Micro Dynamic Electric Garden Shredder has a safety cut-out switch that protects the motor in the unlikely event an overly heavy load is encountered. It?s made from rust-resistant materials so you can be sure of a long product-life; and it sits on a heavy-duty tubular-steel frame for rock-solid stability during operation. This model is supplied with a 6m mains-lead and weighs only 34kg.
