Just moved into a new house, which needs completely refurbishing, as does the garden; the question is which comes first?? My hubby says it's the house! Mmm...

This is my first garden where I've got space to actually 'garden' and 'try' to grow some veggies. It isn't massive-about 65', but it feels really characterful with lots of birds, a pond with 50+ fish, summerhouse, a few shrubs to start it off, trellis to section off the different areas, a patch at the bottom with 3 compost bins, an 8' x 6' greenhouse and a few fruit bushes.

We have been out and tackled a few essentials. We've removed most of the ivy which had taken over every fence and trellis, still got one last section to do, we've cut out lots of dead wood from some of the shrubs, and cut a few other bits back too, but it might be a year or two before I finally get my veggies; we'll see....
