Im trying to make a small hosta area at the back of the garden but i would like to make it neater and more of a feature ~ i have tried to do this by adding rustic slate ~ i can buy these a few at a time which is helpful; but i think it wants more than this ~ any suggestions?

thank you! yes bluebells would look lovely, tempted by snowdrops and very fond of wood anemones but cant find any ~ white looks good in this garden ~ i think it brightens it up

This is already delightful. I think if I had to change it I would go for less but much bigger pieces of yellowy stone and bury 2/3rds of them so they look as if they have always been there. Then I would cover the soil with bark chippings the lighter coloured one would echo the fence/stone and sit back and wait.Ps dont forget to add some woodland bulbs?
