About me
We have recently moved from Essex to Suffolk (so from heavy clay to light sandy soil.) We have inherited, with the house purchase, a fairly large, really bare and neglected "garden" and are struggling against severe leatherjacket infestation. We have established borders and hedging and have rotavated the whole "lawn" area. There is a oak with a TPO on it in one corner but fortunately it does not shade the garden much. We have cut down two Scots Pines and built a summerhouse. We are thinking about a wildflower lawn. Any advice would be gratefully received.
